Serves up to 6

• 1 bottle sparkling rose
• 1 tbsp rosewater
• 30g caster sugar
• 100g strawberries, hulled

1. Make sure the wine is well chilled.
2. Put the rosewater, strawberries and sugar in a mini processor or blender and blitz to a puree.
3. Place a tablespoon in each glass and when you are ready to serve, pour in the sparkling wine.

 Pour the wine in very slowly as it will fizz up like a volcano!!
