- 125g butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Nutella
- 1 ¾ cups plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and Nutella and beat until combined.
- Sift the flour and baking powder over the butter mixture and add the chocolate chips. Stir well to combine.
- Place the mixture on to a greased baking tray, so they are each the size of a large walnut. Make them about 3cm apart. (No need to grease if using stoneware)
- Bake for 15 mins (they will still be very soft)
- Let cool on the tray for about 5 mins and transfer to a wire tray to cool.
These are very more-ish and you can actually taste the Nutella really well without it being too strong.
